Custom software for the process off-the-shelf tools don’t fit

The problem

Production, inventory, and purchase orders were tracked across spreadsheets and a legacy desktop tool that no longer talked to each other. Managers had no single view of stock levels or job costing.

What we built

A modular ERP covering inventory, purchase orders, production tracking, and role-based access for floor supervisors, procurement, and finance — built as a web app so every branch works from the same live data.

The result

Stock discrepancies dropped sharply once purchasing and production shared one system, and month-end reporting that took days now takes minutes.

The problem

Sales reps across branches tracked leads and follow-ups on personal notebooks and WhatsApp. Management had no visibility into pipeline health or which leads were going cold.

What we built

A custom CRM with lead assignment, pipeline stages, follow-up reminders, and a manager dashboard showing conversion rates per branch and per rep.

The result

Leads stopped falling through the cracks, and management gained a real-time view of the sales pipeline for the first time.

The problem

Phone and WhatsApp orders were written down by hand at each branch, causing mix-ups during peak hours and no easy way to track which orders were delivered or paid.

What we built

An order booking dashboard for staff to log phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in orders in one place, tagged by branch, with kitchen-ready order slips and a simple delivery status tracker — paired with a trained order-booking team handling the calls.

The result

Order errors during peak hours dropped substantially, and management could finally see order volume and revenue per branch in real time.

The problem

Appointments were booked entirely over the phone, double-bookings were common, and there was no digital record of patient visit history.

What we built

A scheduling portal for online appointment booking, staff calendar management, and patient history records, with reminders sent ahead of each visit.

The result

Double-bookings were effectively eliminated, and front-desk staff spent far less time on the phone confirming appointments.

The problem

Invoicing, payment tracking, and shipment records were spread across spreadsheets and paper files, making reporting slow and error-prone.

What we built

Two connected portals: a client-facing portal for reviewing invoices and payment history, and an internal admin system for shipment records, contacts, and reporting.

The result

Manual reporting that used to take hours now runs through a system built specifically around how the business operates.
