CRM Systems

Three CRM builds, three different sales motions — a kanban-first deal pipeline, a top-nav contact-and-forecast tool, and a dark-mode command center with a unified inbox. Each one is a representative rebuild standing in for a confidential client system: the client screens stay private, the interface patterns don’t.

A CRM built around how your reps actually sell stops leads falling through the cracks and gives management real-time pipeline visibility for the first time — the same outcome our last multi-branch distribution client got, delivered on the fixed timeline we agreed with them.

ClientHub

Kanban-first deal pipeline for a multi-branch sales team.

A straightforward, sidebar-driven CRM built around a drag-style pipeline board, a full client profile with an activity timeline, and a sales analytics view for the manager who needs conversion rates without asking for them.

PulseCRM

Contact-table CRM with deal-stage tracking and revenue forecasting.

A top-navigation CRM for teams who live in a contact list rather than a board view — a filterable contacts table, a deal detail page with a horizontal stage tracker, and a forecast dashboard comparing actual revenue to pipeline coverage.

Orbit CRM

Dark-mode command center with a built-in unified inbox.

A denser, dark-sidebar CRM aimed at reps who work out of their inbox — a daily dashboard with tasks and recent deals, a contact directory laid out as cards, and a unified inbox that keeps email threads next to the deal they belong to.

Why us

Why businesses trust us with their crm systems

A CRM built around how your reps actually sell stops leads falling through the cracks and gives management real-time pipeline visibility for the first time — the same outcome our last multi-branch distribution client got, delivered on the fixed timeline we agreed with them.

Fixed, accurate quotes

Every project is scoped in writing before a line of code is built, so the price you’re quoted is the price you pay — no hourly surprises, no scope creep billed after the fact.

On time, even on tight deadlines

We break every build into fixed milestones and tell you upfront if a deadline is realistic — not after it slips. If we commit to a date, we build the plan backward from it.

Direct access to the people building it

You talk to the team actually writing your code, not a rotating cast of account managers relaying messages — which means fewer misunderstandings and faster fixes.

Built to extend, not to throw away

5 years in, our clients keep coming back for the next module because the first system was architected to grow — not rebuilt from scratch every time the business changes.

FAQ

Common questions before you get in touch

How much does a project cost?

It depends entirely on scope — a 5-page website and a full ERP rollout are not the same job. We don’t publish generic price tags because that’s not honest pricing; instead, every package on our packages page spells out exactly what’s included, and we turn your specific scope into one fixed, written quote within one business day.

How long does a typical project take?

A business website usually ships in 2–4 weeks; a custom web application, CRM, ERP, or HRMS build typically runs 6–16 weeks depending on the number of modules. You’ll get a realistic timeline attached to your fixed quote before any work begins, not an optimistic guess.

Do I own the code and design once the project is delivered?

Yes. Full ownership of the custom code, design files, and deliverables built for your project transfers to you once the final invoice is paid in full. See our Terms & Conditions for the full intellectual property terms.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

No. Most projects run on a 50% advance / 50% on completion basis, but payment terms are agreed with you individually and structured around your project and cash flow — we can split larger builds into staged invoices.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes — we sign NDAs as standard practice for client projects, and most of the work in our portfolio is already under confidentiality agreements, which is why we describe those projects by problem, build, and result rather than naming every client publicly.

Want something like this built for you — on time and on budget?

Every project above is a starting point, not a template. Fill out the quick form below with what you need and we’ll reply within one business day with a fixed quote and an honest timeline — no sales call required, no obligation to proceed.
