Every layerof your systembuilt by one team.

Softiators is a software development company covering brand, interface, application, data, and operations. Most agencies own one layer and hand you the seams. We build the whole stack — web development, mobile apps, ERP, CRM, HRMS — so the pieces actually talk to each other, at published, fixed pricing from day one.

02 — The Stack

Five layers.
One team.

Most businesses buy these layers from five different vendors and spend the next year making them talk to each other. We build them as one system — so the brand, the interface, the app, the data, and the operations all agree.

04 — Services

Sixteen modules.
Read them like a spec sheet.

Every service we sell, its layer, and what it starts at. Open a row for the full spec — what’s included, all pricing tiers, how it runs, and the questions people ask before signing.

Every service we offer is a module that snaps onto the same foundation. Add what you need, choose a tier for each one, then swipe through the stack to see exactly what you're getting before it's quoted.

Confidential Client — Manufacturing

Custom ERP for a Mid-Size Manufacturer

Production, inventory, and purchase orders were tracked across spreadsheets and a legacy desktop tool that no longer talked to each other. Managers had no single view of stock levels or job costing.

FAQ

Before you fill out the form

How much does a project cost?

It depends entirely on scope — a 5-page website and a full ERP rollout are not the same job. We don’t publish generic price tags because that’s not honest pricing; instead, every package on our packages page spells out exactly what’s included, and we turn your specific scope into one fixed, written quote within one business day.

How long does a typical project take?

A business website usually ships in 2–4 weeks; a custom web application, CRM, ERP, or HRMS build typically runs 6–16 weeks depending on the number of modules. You’ll get a realistic timeline attached to your fixed quote before any work begins, not an optimistic guess.

Do I own the code and design once the project is delivered?

Yes. Full ownership of the custom code, design files, and deliverables built for your project transfers to you once the final invoice is paid in full. See our Terms & Conditions for the full intellectual property terms.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

No. Most projects run on a 50% advance / 50% on completion basis, but payment terms are agreed with you individually and structured around your project and cash flow — we can split larger builds into staged invoices.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes — we sign NDAs as standard practice for client projects, and most of the work in our portfolio is already under confidentiality agreements, which is why we describe those projects by problem, build, and result rather than naming every client publicly.

Full project brief

Ready to scope the whole thing?

Need more than one service — a website plus ongoing SEO, or a CRM alongside your ERP? Whether you call it a software house, a web development agency, or a full-stack digital partner, select everything that applies, attach any existing docs or brand assets, and we'll come back with one scoped, fixed-price quote instead of juggling separate estimates.

  • Design & Brand — logos, UI/UX, brand management
  • Development — websites, mobile apps, custom web applications
  • Growth & Marketing — SEO, agentic SEO, social & email marketing
  • Business Systems — custom ERP, CRM, HRMS, AI agents & automation
  • Operations — BPO & order booking
